Building gospel tools
for the covenant path

Free  ·  Open  ·  Powered by modern technology

What I Believe

I believe the tools of our generation — artificial intelligence, structured data, modern design — should serve the work of the kingdom. I build free, open-source gospel resources that help people study scripture, prepare for covenants, and stay on the path. Everything I make is given away. The gospel is free. The tools should be too.

Builder · Member · Husband · Father

Born in Ogden, Utah. Raised in Batavia, Illinois. Almost twenty years in Seattle. Now living in southern Utah — a husband, a father, and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. By day I work in the tech industry. By night I build gospel tools.

I'm not a developer by training. I'm a non-technical builder who uses AI as my implementation layer — Claude, Cursor, and whatever else gets the job done. The Covenant Rendering started as a question: what if a modern Bible translation documented every decision and open-sourced it? Everything here grew from the same impulse.

Everything I build is built with the same conviction: the gospel is free, the tools should be free, and the best technology of our generation should serve the kingdom.

The work continues

I'm working on multi-tradition scripture comparison tools, AI-powered study widgets, and more gospel resources built for the modern disciple. This is ongoing ministry work — built steadily, shipped when it's ready, given away when it's done. If you're building in this space, I'd love to hear from you.

Want to build with me?

I'm always looking for people who want to build in this space — developers, designers, scholars, anyone with an idea and a willingness to work. If something here resonates, reach out. I answer every message.
